White & Sands has been in existence since 1976. Our seasoned trial
attorneys have over 100 years of combined legal experience, with no attorney
practicing for fewer than 18 years. The firm includes attorneys licensed
to practice in all of the state courts in Florida and New York, all of
the federal district court of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of
Appeals.
Members of the firm have been active in the legal and cultural affairs
of the Central Florida community, serving in bar and judicial organizations,
participating in pro bono services, and playing a prominent role in promoting
a culturally diverse community. The philosophy of the firm has always
been to place the quality representation of our clients before the blind
pursuit of profits. The firm is not and never will be a mass-advertising
"mill" for the processing of claims by ex-insurance adjusters
