Larry Sands first began practicing plaintiff's personal injury law in Daytona Beach in 1976 after a long career as an insurance defense attorney. The law firm grew over the years to become a family enterprise, and since Kenton Sands joined the firm in 2003, the firm's practice areas also include white collar and criminal tax defense. The firm's two active partners are now Steve Sands and Kenton Sands, both of whom have over 20 years of legal experience. The firm's attorneys are licensed to practice law in all of the state courts of Florida and before the federal district court of the Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Every client who retains the services or our firm has a primary attorney assigned to his or her case who will maintain regular personal contact with the client regarding the progress of the case.
